Data controller

The data controller is Ametista Produzioni di Chiara Coppolella, Nichelino, Torino — Italia — P.IVA IT12576590017. For any request regarding your data, please write to info@ametistaproduzioni.com.

What data we process

We only process the data you voluntarily send through the contact form: name, email address and, if you provide them, the event date and venue and your message. We do not collect data while you browse the site.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, prepare a quote for you. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Providers and where your data lives

To run the service we rely on providers acting as data processors: Supabase (request database, with data stored on servers in the European Union — Frankfurt), Resend (sending request notification emails) and Cloudflare (site hosting and delivery). Each provider processes the data solely on our behalf and under our instructions.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers (Supabase, Resend, Cloudflare) are companies based in the United States: any data transfers rely on appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep request data for as long as needed to handle it and follow up on any collaboration, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless other legal obligations apply.

Embedded videos

On our pages we show previews of our videos: the YouTube or Vimeo player loads only if you voluntarily start playback, and only then can these services set their own cookies. YouTube is used in enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

Your rights

At any time you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to info@ametistaproduzioni.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection supervisory authority.
